Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following circumstances:

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during delivery.

Defective/Spoiled Items: If a product is found to be defective or spoiled upon immediate inspection.

Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
Due to the nature of our organic and perishable products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items that have been opened, consumed, or used.

Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

Change of mind or accidental orders.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
For Perishable Goods (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy etc.): You must inspect these items immediately upon delivery and report any issues (damage, spoilage, wrong item) within 4 hours of your chosen delivery slot time.
For Non-Perishable Goods (Grains, Pulses, Spices, Packaged Goods, etc.): You must report any issues (damage, defective packaging, wrong item) within 24 hours of your chosen delivery slot time.
How to Initiate a Return/Refund
To report an issue and initiate a return/refund process, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, most importantly, photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Photos are essential for us to assess the claim.

Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps. This may include arranging a pickup of the item (if necessary) or confirming a replacement/refund.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your original payment method is not available, we may issue store credit or arrange for an alternative refund method.
Exchanges
We primarily offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as per our refund policy. We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind or for different products.
