Shipping Policy - The Basics

Thank you for choosing Divine Organica for your organic product needs! We are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality organic products directly to your doorstep in Mysuru. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing & Placement
 

Advance Ordering: To ensure the freshest produce and timely delivery, all orders must be placed at least one day prior to your desired delivery date. For example, if you wish to receive your order on Wednesday morning, you must place it by the end of Tuesday.

Orders are processed daily. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Delivery Zone, Delivery Schedule & Time Slots

All deliveries are made in the morning, between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

During checkout, you will be able to select a convenient one-hour delivery slot within this morning window (e.g., 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM, 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM, etc.), based on availability.

We exclusively offer free delivery within Mysuru city limits for all orders.

Damages, Missing Items, and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. As our products are organic and often fresh, it's important to check them right away.

If any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at divineorganica@gmail.com or call us at +919538302351. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition where applicable.

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.

If you haven't received your order within your chosen delivery slot, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

Divine Organica is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
