• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

Returns & Refunds Policy: All returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which outlines eligibility, reporting timeframes (critical for perishables), and the process for resolution. Please review it carefully at Refund Policy.​

• Order Placement: All orders must be placed at least one day prior to your desired delivery date. Orders cannot be placed for same-day delivery.

• Delivery Zone: We offer delivery exclusively within Mysuru city limits. We do not deliver outside of Mysuru.

• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made in the morning, between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM, in one-hour time slots selected by you at checkout.

• Incorrect Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Divine Organica is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
